Brow Lift
Albuquerque Brow Lift Surgery
Fight the signs of aging with a brow lift! A brow lift surgery is an outpatient procedure that minimizes the appearance of age by smoothing the forehead, raising the upper eye brows and reducing the appearance of frown lines that are commonly found between the eye brows.
Brow lifts may be performed in conjunction with other facial plastic surgery procedures, such as face lifts and eye lid surgery. For those interested in a less invasive procedure, BOTOX® may be an option for you.

Brow Lift Procedure
A brow lift is an outpatient procedure performed under local anesthesia. Pre-operative sedation may also be used to relieve anxiety. To reduce the appearance of scars and minimize the risks associated with surgery, Dr. Elizabeth performs endoscopic surgery through several small incisions that are placed just behind the hairline.
After your Albuquerque brow lift surgery, your forehead will be loosely wrapped with a bandage; this should help to minimize swelling and bruising. A drain tube may be placed in the incisions to drain excess blood or fluid as well. It is important to keep your head elevated for several days after surgery to reduce swelling and bruising. Mild discomfort is normal and may be managed with pain medication.
